In the event of a medical emergency in which you are unable to communicate what type of medical care should be provided or withheld, how confident are you that your family would know your wishes? This workshop will 1) briefly review the options that are available to document your wishes about medical care/end of life care and 2) educate you about resources that are available to help you communicate your wishes to the people in your life that you would want to make those decisions for you.
