Developing Culturally Competent Senior Living Communities
Participants in this session will receive an introduction to the specific needs of LGBT older adults and why training and culturally competent care are integral to serving this underserved population. We also will take a peek at the Long-Term Care Equality Index presented by HRC and SAGE, and afterwards time for Q&A.
