Shenendehowa Neighbors Connecting (SNC), a not-for-profit serving 55+ citizens who live in the Shenendehowa School District, invites you to attend “Ease of Movement” presented via Zoom on Tuesday Sept 8th at 1pm.

We sometimes think pain and arthritis are inevitable parts of aging, right? Wrong! In this presentation, taught by John Murphy a Physical Therapist, you will gain a better understanding of the root cause of arthritis in order to reverse the problem and move more easily. You will hear the steps you can take to stop the cause, so the disease process can begin to reverse itself.
Shenendehowa Neighbors Connecting (SNC) is a newly formed Village serving residents of the Shenendehowa School District. Villages are membership-based, nonprofit organizations that help older adults age in their own homes by connecting them to neighbors, educational/social programs and community services.
